What's with the UPPERCASE font?

Under re- construction I'm doing away with the annoying and persistent uppercase problem, after I played around with the new design, I returned to my minima to find that all headers were caps. I (we, thanks for the help A~ :*) did this once before, we I went back to the modern template, not to be confused with the limited templates of bloggers new design as I mention above, which are nice, but the large margins, the limited post body drives me up the wall.
