For those that care to know;
"The USDA has released an Environmental Assessment report for corn that Monsanto has genetically engineered to be drought-tolerant. The agency is considering either keeping the corn under regulation, or assigning it nonregulated status (banning it altogether is off the table).
The comment period is open until July 11."
